Lifeguard - Vione Hotel in Paros SWOT Hospitality Management Company  is seeking a vigilant and skilled Lifeguard to join our team at the stunning Vione Hotel in Paros, Greece. As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our hotel's pool and beach facilities. In this role, you'll monitor guests, enforce safety policies, and provide excellent customer service to create a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the pool and beach areas, ensuring the safety of all guests. Respond quickly to emergencies and administer first aid when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized swimming area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Educate guests on safety rules and water safety practices. Provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests, addressing their needs. Valid lifeguard certification. Previous experience as a lifeguard, preferably in a hospitality setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
