【ラピュタロボティクスについて】 私たちは、「Empathy（共感）」というコアバリューに基づき、「きつい」「汚い」「危険」な仕事を自動化し、人々がより知的で創造的な仕事にチャレンジできる社会を実現したいと考えています。世界でも最先端の制御技術および人工知能技術を活用した、ロボティクスプラットフォームやロボットソリューションの開発と、企業への導入・運用支援を行うことで、この社会の実現を目指しています。  これまでの資金調達額は100億円以上にのぼり、毎年右肩上がりの成長を続けています。30ヶ国以上から200名以上の多国籍メンバーが集まり、日本・インド・アメリカを拠点に事業を展開しています。  現在弊社では、ロボティクス革命のさらなる推進に向けて、熱い志と豊かな才能を持った仲間を募集しています。  【求める役割・理想像】 配属先のBusiness operationsでは、 ビジネス成長を支える法務担当として、取引スキームの検討から契約書レビュー・交渉支援・法的リスク対応までを一貫して担当いただける方を募集しております。  自社プロダクトのお客様との販売・保守メンテナンス契約や、製造委託先との製造委託契約など、多様な契約類型に関与しながら、事業部門・経営層と連携して実務を推進いただくポジションです。 それに加えて、社内関係チームからの情報収集を行い、お客様や、弊社委託会社、関係会社とのコミュニケーションを含む各種契約書のレビュー・交渉及び締結業務をリードしていただきます。スムーズな連携を目指し日々業務改善を行っているため、既存の業務を理解し、業務改善等に貢献いただける、大きなチャレンジを楽しめる方を探しています。  【職務内容】 営業・マーケティング・商品製造に係わる契約書類のレビュー・作成・交渉・締結サポート  契約管理  契約期間・更新・終了スケジュールの管理  管理フローの整備  社内各部門（営業・調達・経理等）との連携・相談対応  法務相談・紛争対応  取引スキームや新サービスに関する法的助言  紛争・クレーム発生時の初期対応、弁護士との連携  各種法令リサーチ、契約リスク分析、社内教育  【必須条件】 企業法務としての実務経験（目安5年以上）   製造業／テクノロジー業界（ハード又はソフトウェア）の法務経験であれば更に歓迎  外部弁護士と連携し、顧客との交渉経験  事業理解をもとに、リスクを適切にバランスさせる判断力をお持ちの方  取引基本契約、業務委託契約、製造委託契約などの理解・実務経験  契約書のレビュー・ドラフティング経験  【歓迎条件】 スタートアップでの業務経験   システム化されていない中での作業に抵抗のない方 部門を超えて協働し、スピード感をもって実務を推進できる方  細部まで正確に確認しながらも、全体の進行を俯瞰できる方  弁護士資格保有者歓迎
