【弊社について】  私たちは、「Empathy（共感）」というコアバリューに基づき、「きつい」「汚い」「危険」な仕事を自動化し、人々がより知的で創造的な仕事にチャレンジできる社会を実現したいと考えています。世界でも最先端の制御技術および人工知能技術を活用した、ロボティクスプラットフォームやロボットソリューションの開発と、企業への導入・運用支援を行うことで、この社会の実現を目指しています。    これまでの資金調達額は100億円以上にのぼり、毎年右肩上がりの成長を続けています。30ヶ国以上から200名以上の多国籍メンバーが集まり、日本・インド・アメリカを拠点に事業を展開しています。  現在弊社では、ロボティクス革命のさらなる推進に向けて、熱い志と豊かな才能を持った仲間を募集しています。  【職務内容】  先進的かつ高い顧客価値を持つソリューションとしての自動倉庫を構成するロボット、構造体を設計・開発し、新たな価値を創造する志をもった人材を求めています。  要求される性能（強度、耐荷重、歪等）に対応するロボットおよび構造体の設計・開発  社外の設計者、サプライヤー、メーカーとの協業  プラスチック成型における成型手法決定、構造設計、流動解析  金型設計に対するアドバイス  製品設計の3Dモデル、組立図、部品図、公差スタックアップ解析の作成  QAチームとプロトタイプの検証と妥当性確認  信頼性、保守性、ライフサイクルコストを考慮した量産製品の開発検討  【必須条件】  工学の学士号および修士号（最低要件以上の実務経験があれば、工学の学位がなくても可）  3年以上の電気機械式自動化装置に重点を置いた製品開発経験（自動車、航空宇宙、サービスロボット業界であれば尚良）  高分子化学に関する知識  構造（設計）工学に精通していること 材料力学に関する知識があること。 自主的に行動し、複数のエンジニアからなるチームと協働する能力  体系的に考え、結果を重視し、細部まで拘って業務に取り組むことができる  高い自発性と実証された分析的な問題解決能力  ビジネスレベルの英語  【歓迎条件】  Solidworksまたは同等のCADソフトを使用した経験及び強度解析やその他の解析経験  消費者向け製品の量産設計経験および生産開始経験  建築設計の基本的な知識  樹脂成型経験  プラスチックを使用したロボット／機械システムの設計・開発経験  上級英語、および英語学習意欲
