【ラピュタロボティクスについて】 私たちは、「Empathy（共感）」というコアバリューに基づき、「きつい」「汚い」「危険」な仕事を自動化し、人々がより知的で創造的な仕事にチャレンジできる社会を実現したいと考えています。世界でも最先端の制御技術および人工知能技術を活用した、ロボティクスプラットフォームやロボットソリューションの開発と、企業への導入・運用支援を行うことで、この社会の実現を目指しています。  これまでの資金調達額は100億円以上にのぼり、毎年右肩上がりの成長を続けています。30ヶ国以上から200名以上の多国籍メンバーが集まり、日本・インド・アメリカを拠点に事業を展開しています。  現在弊社では、ロボティクス革命のさらなる推進に向けて、熱い志と豊かな才能を持った仲間を募集しています。  【役割と責任 】 このポジションは、社内外の様々なステークホルダーと密に連携し、顧客の現場でソリューション導入からその後の課題解決までをサポートしていただきます。 日本の倉庫物流業界に新しい歴史を築くような、ロボティクスの未来を感じられるチャンスです。市場価値を高めるために、将来性のある分野で活躍できるポジションです。    複雑な問題を単純化し、原理原則に基づき分析を行い、失敗を恐れず行動できる能力が求められます。また、自分自身よりもチーム、そして何よりも顧客のことを優先できる人材を歓迎します。  【主な業務内容 】 弊社製品導入（スタート）フェーズ  サーバーセットアップ：顧客倉庫にて使用するサーバーを事前にセットアップ 。 走行性・要件テスト：ロボットのテストを行い、走行性や要件定義とのギャップを確認。必要に応じて修正を行う。  導入初期のサポート：稼働開始直後に顧客倉庫に訪問し、不具合の切り分けを実施しエンジニアチームと連携の上、改善提案を行う。    弊社製品導入後（サポート・改善）フェーズ  インシデント管理：システムの不具合や想定外の挙動が発生した際に、ヘルプデスクや顧客と連携して原因を特定し、 エンジニアチームと協力して早期に解決策を実施。  ソフトウェアアップデート対応：設定変更やバージョン更新に伴うテストを実施し、顧客倉庫に適したシステムの構築と生産性向上に取り組む。  顧客満足度向上施策の推進：他チーム（CS）からのフィードバックをもとにマニュアル整備、オペレーション改善、機能追加要望の整理・提案を行い、継続的な運用品質向上を目指す。  協力会社の業務管理:外部委託先企業への業務依頼及び品質管理を実施。  【必須要件 】 日本語能力試験N2レベル以上  国内出張が可能な方   物流業界、製造業、DX/ICT分野におけるハードウェアまたはソフトウェアのトラブルシューティング経験  ソフトウェアシステムエンジニアリングにおける関連経験（システム開発、ハードウェアまたはシステムテスト、QAを含むがこれらに限定されない）  【歓迎要件】 日本語能力試験N1レベル  ROSまたはLinuxスキル  社内での英語コミュニケーションに抵抗のない方  日本の運転免許証を所持していること
