SWOT Hospitality is thrilled to announce openings for Waiters at the elegant Kosea Boutique Hotel Join our exceptional team and help us provide guests with a remarkable dining experience and outstanding service. As a Waiter, your primary responsibilities will include: Welcoming guests and taking their orders with attention to detail and accuracy. Providing information about food and beverage choices, including specials and recommendations. Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area at all times. Attending to guest inquiries and resolving any issues to guarantee satisfaction. Creating a hospitable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and team members. Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Passion for delivering high-quality service and enhancing guest experiences.
