Job Summary The Financial Controller at SWOT Hospitality Management Company plays a vital role in maintaining the fiscal integrity of our diverse portfolio of hospitality services. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all divisions. Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis to guide corrective actions. Manage accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Communicate financial insights and strategic recommendations effectively to stakeholders. Coordinate audits and ensure timely tax filings, maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Develop and implement financial controls and strategies to mitigate risks. Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide support in decision-making through detailed financial analysis and modeling. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred). Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting. Proven ability to develop strategic financial plans and manage budgets effectively. Expertise in financial management software and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership abilities and team management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
