The  Solutions Architect  in India plays a key role in supporting global customers, regional sales teams, and partners by providing deep technical expertise, solution design, and implementation guidance throughout the customer lifecycle. Primary Responsibilities Support pre sales and post sales technical activities for customers and partners, collaborating closely with global Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams. Participate in technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, requirements, and success criteria. Deliver technical demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and architecture discussions aligned to customer use cases. Assist with proof of value engagements, pilots, and deployments, including configuration support and troubleshooting. Provide ongoing technical guidance to customers during onboarding and early adoption phases. Partner with Engineering and Product teams to relay customer feedback, identify technical gaps, and support continuous product improvement. Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge assets. Support partner and internal enablement through technical training and solution education. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience in a Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role within enterprise software environments. Strong understanding of Windows endpoints, application performance, virtual desktops, and enterprise IT systems. Ability to analyze complex technical environments and translate findings into clear recommendations. Strong communication skills and comfort working with global, cross functional teams. Willingness to work with overlapping time zones to support global customers.
