We are 650+ people, across eight global offices.Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in data management or analytics are preferred. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data warehousing solutions. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data integration patterns. Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Design and implement scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support financial and operational analytics. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators. Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to integrate new data sources and improve existing data architecture. Provide technical insights and support for data-driven decision making. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
