Lead the end‑to‑end investment product operating model, including governance frameworks, investment onboarding, in‑life product activities, and maintaining clear operational independence while partnering with Investment Governance & Research. Drive execution and continuous uplift of the DDO framework across all investment menus and managed investment schemes, ensuring strong distribution oversight, monitoring, review triggers, and alignment with Legal, Risk & Compliance, the Trustee Office and Operations.
