Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead all related marketing activities, driving brand visibility, market engagement, and commercial growth. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic planning and execution across digital, PR, and sales enablement. Reporting to: MD & Group Senior Marketing Manager. What You Will Do:  Own and maintain the brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Drive awareness and demand through targeted campaigns and initiatives. Create and manage marketing materials for the website, newsletters, presentations, and corporate communications. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, manage press releases and announcements. Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and deliver regular reports. Plan and manage marketing budgets and resources effectively. Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a strong plus. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology, telecom, or services sector. Proven experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing and demand generation. Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, marketing automation and reporting tools. Excellent strategic thinking, creativity and ability to transform insights into actionable marketing initiatives. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
