Our Sustainability advisory is seeking to hire experienced, motivated and talented individuals who want to build a dynamic purposeful and long-term career in consulting. As part of our Sustainability Advisory team, you’ll support clients on their Sustainability transformation journey from governance, strategy development, implementation, reporting and assurance; addressing global challenges related to sustainability and climate reporting, responsible supply chains, circular economy, responsible investments, sustainable finance and offering value added solutions focusing on long term value creation for stakeholders. As a member of our sustainability advisory team, you will;  take part in our consulting engagements on sustainability strategy, implementation, reporting (ESRS, IFRS S1 & S2, GRI etc.) and assurance,  participate in conducting sustainability reporting readiness assessments, due diligence, reporting, sustainability & climate risks and opportunities assessments, scenario modeling, stress testing,  conduct research and analysis on sustainability related areas, regulations, local and global trends; and  be part of the team to conduct workshops and seminars. About You: Must have 1-5 years of experience in sustainability related work with a focus on sustainability reporting or advisory.   Experience in GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, GHG measurement, GHG Protocol, LCA, Net Zero, SBTi, Carbon Management and ISO 14064 etc.  Demonstrate knowledge and capability to deliver engagements on Sustainability Strategy Development and Implementation.  Have a grasp of the latest trends in sustainability/ESG issues for a variety of businesses and demonstrate the ability to propose solutions.   Must possess market research and data analytical skills, including synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights and dashboards.  Have adequate technical knowledge & experience in climate science and scenario modeling  Knowledge of sustainability perspectives for different industries.  Good presentation and communication skills.  A passion for consultancy related work, under strict timelines with multi-cultural and diverse teams.  Education: Bachelors/Masters degree holders in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Sustainable Development, Climate Science and modeling or other related fields Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP), Analytical Thinking, Audit Coordination, Audit Documentation, Auditing Methodologies, Auditing Standards, Audit Internal Controls, Audit Support, Business Audits, Client Management, Communication, Compliance Assurance, Compliance Auditing, Compliance Frameworks, Complying With Regulations, Corporate Governance, Creativity, Embracing Change, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL), External Audit {+ 29 more} Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements 0% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
