Responsibilities: · Develop intelligent automation solutions using agentic frameworks · Integrate generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. · Utilize Python and various LLMs (open-source & closed-source) for scalable automation workflows. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes. · Ensure scalability, security, and performance of deployed solutions. · Stay updated with latest trends in agentic automation, generative AI, and LLM technologies. Required Skills: · Expert Python programming skills. · Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries: LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. · Worked with closed-source LLMs (OpenAI/Gemini etc.). · Build and deploy RAG pipelines for automation tasks. · Experience with SQL and Vector database. · Prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLM models. · Worked with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git). · Containerization and orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes). · Experience in working with Linux (Ubuntu) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Proactive and quick learner of emerging technologies. Experience: · 2 to 5 years in AI/ML, generative AI, or automation development. · Hands-on experience with python and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph). · Proven record building and deploying RAG-based solutions. · Working knowledge of both open-source and closed-source LLMs. · Experience in production AI/automation tool deployment. · Exposure to CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment best practices.
