Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development. Requirements   Must be a Namibian Citizen;  Persons with disabilities and persons from previously disadvantaged designated groups are encouraged to apply;  Must have applicable diploma or degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience in the human resources discipline.;  Knowlegde in payroll processing or payroll management will count in your favour;  Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;  Reward and benefits management background will be an advantage.   Basic HR strategic planning knowledge;  Willing to learn and take on challenges;  Excellent work ethic and ability to produce quality;  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;   Ability to consult & engage with HR professionals and related stakeholders;  Must be able to meet deadlines, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks.  Ability to deal with pressurised and stressful environment;  Suitable time management and organising skills.  Ability to work with teams and project management skills  Team management, coaching and professional development skills Duties   Consult on remuneration and benefits, remuneration benchmarking and pay & performance structuring.  Assist with package structuring and tax and regulatory compliance processes. Design and develop remuneration and benefits surveys with sound research methodology. Design compensation strategies and policies through analysis of industry benchmarks, company policies and culture, and employee performance to enhance human capital operations. Grow the HR consulting portfolio, develop solutions and recommendations with the use of multiple sources of information and stakeholder views. Assist with Payroll review and/or processing  Provide project management support to the team  Assist with any other related ad-hoc requests from Partner and Management Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct in highly regulated environment.
