Every session is different, every audience brings new dynamics, and every engagement pushes you to sharpen how you think, listen, and lead.  If you enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, facilitation, and experience design and you care about creating moments where teams truly align and move into action, the Experience Center is built for you.  Make a real impact    As a User Researcher in the Experience Center, you make sure decisions are grounded in reality. You bring the right evidence into the room at the right moment, helping teams move forward with confidence rather than assumptions.    What you will do:  Conduct focused research to inform upcoming Experience Center sessions  Bring user, market, behavioral, and competitive insights aligned to session goals  Synthesize existing data, prior studies, and client inputs into clear pre reads  Frame key hypotheses, risks, and assumptions to be explored during sessions  Design and run usability tests, concept validations, or lightweight research during or immediately after sessions  Select appropriate methods based on time constraints and concept maturity  Capture qualitative and quantitative signals in real time  Consolidate findings into clear insights and evidence-based recommendations  Translate research outputs into practical implications for design, product, or business teams  Support handover to delivery teams with clear context and evidence  What you bring matters    You are comfortable working fast without compromising rigor, and you know how to make research useful in the moment.    You bring:  3 to 5+ years of experience in user research, behavioral research, service research, or related roles  A university degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Factors, Design Research, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is strongly preferred  A strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methods  Experience running research in compressed timelines and live, collaborative environments  The ability to balance methodological rigor with pragmatism and speed  Hands on experience with usability testing, concept validation, interviews, surveys, and synthesis  Familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, surveys tools, or similar  Strong synthesis skills and the ability to identify patterns, risks, and evidence backed insights  Confidence explaining research findings to non-research audiences  Clear written communication skills (English and Greek) for producing concise summaries and insight reports  Strong verbal communication skills for framing evidence during live sessions  A mindset focused on enabling confident decision making rather than producing reports  BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY  Your skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
