We help   organisations   and individuals create the value   they’re   looking for, by delivering quality in assurance, advisory,   tax   and legal services.     Join our Direct Tax team and grow your   expertise   with us!     In this role you will:     Contribute to direct tax projects for both corporate and individual clients, including major Lithuanian and international companies, by analyzing their tax challenges , tax legislation   and   identifying   potential risks or opportunities for tax efficiency.   Collaborate with the team to address key direct tax issues,   participate   in tax due diligence and structuring assignments, support high-profile M&A transactions, conduct tax reviews, and prepare inquiries for submission to the Lithuanian Tax Authority.   Collaborate with direct tax experts to build your   expertise .   Benefit from ongoing professional growth and career advancement within Lithuania, as well as through the global PwC network.     You are our perfect candidate if you:     Hold a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), or   be pursuing   one, in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or   a related   field.   Demonstrate excellent spoken and written skills in both Lithuanian and English.   Have   good interpersonal skills,   logical and analytical   thinking   and   ability   to clearly express your thoughts in writing .   Have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.   No experience is   required , however, h av ing   1-2 years of   experience in Accounting ,   Finance   or Tax   is   consider ed   an advantage .     Our offer:   The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from   18 00 to   250 0 EUR.
