Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset;   so   our clients turn to us first when it matters most.      Make a real impact   In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven SAP Success Factors Professional to join our   SAP   team in Athens .     Advise our clients on the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Design of business processes with the use of SAP’s best practices HR business process analysis, design and implementation Contribute actively to business development activities; participate in the RFP process; preparing the necessary documentation Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development What you bring matters   B achelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant fields 3+ years of proven relevant work experience in SAP projects Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges Relevant professional certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek        BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY   Your skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
