Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Experience in financial services risk and regulatory advisory, consulting, regulatory bodies, or industry roles across sectors such as banking, insurance, asset management, private equity, or financial crown corporations Deep expertise in regulatory requirements related to financial and non-financial risk management (credit risk, operational risk, operational resilience, third-party risk, compliance, enterprise risk management) Proven track record managing and delivering complex client engagements involving senior executive stakeholders, with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills Ability to critically assess client risk landscapes, identify mitigation opportunities, and craft innovative, customized solutions aligned with regulatory frameworks and strategic business goals Strong leadership and team management experience, guiding diverse teams to deliver excellent outcomes while fostering professional growth Advanced communication and reporting skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory and risk concepts clearly to varied audiences Experience driving business development activities, managing proposals, and enhancing client relationships Comfort with emerging technologies and data analytics tools applied to risk and regulatory challenges, including Generative AI and resilience platforms Commitment to continuous professional learning to remain at the forefront of regulatory developments and industry best practices This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member. The salary range for this position is $147,300 - $197,300 . The posted salary range re presents t he expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is de termined b y your skills, experience, qu alifications a nd work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to pa rticipate i n variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements .
