Job Description: Job Title: Infrastructure Finance – Transfer Pricing Specialist Location: Manila Corporate Title Senior Analyst You are expected to perform and review finance and accounting process but not limited to cost calculations, cost bookings, accounts payable invoicing/settlement, analytical review, reconciliation, Management Review Process (MRP) substantiation, financial commentary and reporting process in adherence to Global Accounting policy. You are also expected to review month end functions such as review of late adjustment entries with proper root-cause analysis performed on operational issues, handle direct cost related queries and recommend resolution of issues. You are also required to ensure that all transactions are correctly accounted for and the quality of the output are in compliance with predefined processes and Service Level Agreements/ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and with policies, legal and statutory requirements, as well as being accurate and complete. Your key responsibilities Perform the Accrual tasks for the location that you are assigned to. Execute the end-to-end process from: calculating the figures, booking them in SAP, creating invoices, and substantiating them for MRP purposes Handles various stakeholders Raise potential risks/issues that would entail material impact to the team Your skills and experience Bachelor’s Degree holder of either Accountancy or any finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking, shared service, or in finance industry. Experience in end-to-end accounting function. Expected to have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate to demanding stakeholders. SAP experience is an advantage.
