Job Description: DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Solution Architect to lead our Data Security initiatives at the Vice President level. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and people management. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing robust data protection architectures—including Data Leakage Prevention (Email DLP, Endpoint DLP), Microsoft Purview, Digital Rights Management (DRM), Information Rights Management (IRM), Messaging DLP, Tokenization, and CASB integration—while also managing a team of architects. As a senior leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise security strategy. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering innovation, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-wide Data Security solutions, including Email DLP, Endpoint DLP, Microsoft Purview, DRM, IRM, and CASB. Manage and mentor a team of solution architects, fostering professional growth and high performance. Define strategic direction for data protection initiatives, aligning with business priorities and regulatory frameworks (e.g., BAFIN, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA). Partner with senior stakeholders across security, IT, and business units to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure solutions. Oversee risk assessments and mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive threat management and compliance. Champion architectural best practices and continuous improvement, including documentation, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Skills Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving strategic initiatives in data security. Deep expertise in architecting DLP solutions, Microsoft Purview, and cloud security integrations (e.g., CASB in hybrid environments). Strong understanding of SaaS-based data protection (e.g., Palo Alto, Zscaler, O365, etc.), data discovery, and classification tools. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
