Margin Operations responsible for minimizing Deutsche Bank’s counterparty credit risk on its collateralized derivatives portfolio. We aggregate the Bank’s exposure across trading activity globally, administer the margin terms dictated in bilateral ISDA and CSA (Credit Support Annex) Agreements and facilitate exchange of permissible collateral (cash or securities) with our clients or central clearing counterparties. The team also manages Margin Disputes, regulatory Portfolio Reconciliation and Data Control flowing into the margining systems for APAC, EMEA and US regions. Governance of outsourced functions in India – maintain oversight over accuracy and completeness of processes around margin operations and valuations statements distribution. Monitor KPIs and KRIs of the process. Manage operational risk through close collaborations with outsourced functions regarding existing controls and recommend/implement new or improved controls Keep Management informed of the exceptional occurrences, to enable appropriate action Re-engineering the current process to meet the changing needs of the business. Contributing to various projects which are kicked off in the department to increase efficiency in the process. Maintain and update team’s process and controls in procedure documents Your skills and experience: Experience with margin operations / collateral processes is a plus. Strong organisational skills; ability to identify and prioritise multiple tasks based on criticality, impact and franchise importance. Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written and presentation. Fluent in both English and Japanese Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
