Job Description: Job Title: Trade Settlement and Confirmation Operations - Clearing and Settlement Analyst - Associate Location: Manila Corporate Title : Associate Overview Clearing and Settlement is responsible for managing the end-to-end clearing and settlement process. This is to ensure smooth and timely market settlement of securities and cash transfers between the bank and its counterparty. You can expect: Competitive Salary Medical Insurance upon employment 20 days Vacation Leaves and 15 days Sick Leaves Your key responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for : Supporting interaction between  internal and external stakeholders involved in the clearing and settlement process chain Allocating assets to optimize the portfolio strategically Ensuring adherence with market standards Clearing and settling through both primary and secondary markets and direct payments Your skills and experience Strong analytical and problem solving skills.  Attention to details.  High degree of initiative; able to perform in a dynamic and fast pace environment and possess the ability to perform under pressure.  Awareness of risk controls. Have an understanding of the trade life cycle Bachelor’s degree, graduate of Banking and Finance - strong understanding of Investment Bank or Commercial Bank (preferably in FX and Derivatives area) Highly motivated, self managed and proactive. Exceptional English communication skills – both written and verbal. Understand the business requirements and get the things done with highest productivity This role involves significant interaction with Trading, Sales, Finance, Middle Office, legal and compliance and a variety of internal and external clients to support the product mix.
