We have implemented a model that enables eligible employees to work remotely for a part of their working time and reach a working pattern that works for them Competitive salary and non-contributory pension 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days Life Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your family A range of flexible benefits including Retail Discounts, a Bike4Work scheme and Gym benefits The opportunity to support a wide ranging CSR programme + 2 days’ volunteering leave per year Your key responsibilities Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key FIG accounts Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with FIG clients Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers Utilise sector knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Country and Product bankers on opportunities relating to FIG sector You will also be responsible for helping to develop and mentor team members Your skills and experience Relevant Broking and Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market products Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities High levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and drive Effective organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
