Job Description: Job Title: Divisional Risk and Control Senior Analyst, AVP Location: Mumbai, India Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Role Description The Market Conduct Office (MCO) is an opportunity to embed market conduct in business decisions, and to improve the efficiency, sustainability and transparency of Market Conduct controls management. Residing within the Front Office, reporting up into the Head of the IB, and will focus on providing governance and oversight for all of Deutsche Bank activities related to market conduct. MCO will promote resiliency and sustainability of the Market Conduct control environment and mitigate risks by overseeing and supporting the firm’s risk management, internal controls, governance, and culture relating to market conduct in order to foster trust and confidence in Deutsche Bank’s provision of financial services. MCO strategically brings together the existing market conduct capabilities with the Firm’s overall risk management framework to complement existing processes and create efficiencies while ensuring central oversight. You will support the implementation of a strategic and sustainable control oversight program and be focusing on translating multiple sources of market conduct information (such as alerts, events, and control improvements identified) into tangible actions to maintain a strong controls culture embedded into our Bank. Prepare and present impact assessment Perform high quality analysis of risk and control related data such as risk profile, control effectiveness, findings.
