Daily tasks will vary depending on the phase of the current transactions, but will frequently include the creation of presentation/pitching material for potential deals, as well as summaries of economic and market developments, recent primary offerings, and secondary trading performance. Analyzing comparable borrowers and assessing appropriate new issue pricing indication in consultation with Syndicate, producing spreadsheet models, roadshow presentations, and due diligence reports. Assist in Due Diligence, deal documentation and internal approvals Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters Report on performance and targets to senior management of DB when required Ensure compliance with the bank policies and guidelines and mitigate risk appropriately Your skills and experience: Recent college graduates within 2 years of graduation / 2 years of working experiences. At least 1 years of relevant experience in DCM deals execution. Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask across clients, projects and geographies. Strong quantitative skills including experience with financial models and valuation techniques are plus. Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients. Performing in-depth company and industry research to support live deal execution and pitches. Knowledge of all investment banking products. Educated to university degree level with strong numerical ability. Excellent communication skills with Fluency in both Japanese and English. Highly self-motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
