Job Description & Summary In PwC Poland’s Digital& we create innovative applications and deliver data-driven insights by combining software engineering expertise with advanced data analysis, including Generative AI applications. We are looking for: Analytics & AI Senior Manager Your future role: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and contributing to sales pitches to expand PwC's Digital& team’s service offering predominantly in Analytics & AI but also in relation to Application Development and Intelligent Process Automation capabilities, Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop thought leadership, go-to-market strategy, new offerings and value proposition of current and future PwC's services in Analytics & AI and related capabilities, Focus on one of the three industries: Financial Sector, Consumer Markets, TMT, Act as Analytics & AI industry lead for one of these industries, Collaborate with broader Analytics & AI team with regards to project delivery as well as Business Development account managers focusing on specific priority clients within the industry, Supervise delivery of your portfolio of projects, Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development within the field of Analytics & AI. Apply if you have: 10+ years of relevant business experience, especially in consulting or one of the three industries: Financial Sector, Consumer Markets, TMT, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions, Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines, Excellent English speaking and communication skills essential to work with overseas clients.
