When she's not at work, she likes skiing, yoga and books.  Job description & summary  Are you looking to grow your career in HR IT and deepen your expertise in HR processes and cloud-based HR systems? We are looking for a specialist with experience in SAP SuccessFactors to join our global team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced consultants and solution architects on projects for local and international clients. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to design processes , configure and implement SuccessFactors modules , and support successful go‑lives.  You will leverage your analytical, communication, and organizational skills daily while expanding your hands‑on experience with HR systems and HR processes.  Requirements of the role  Interest in new technology trends and HRIT solutions.  Knowledge and interest in HR processes, HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors , Workday , Oracle HCM , SmartRecruiters . Practical admin or key user experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , Time Management , Recruiting, Onboarding , Compensation , Talent modules , Learning Management , SmartRecruiters and/or Data Migration is an advantage  Willingness to implement new IT solutions.  Analytical thinking.  Fluent in Czech and English, German is an advantage.  Willingness for ad-hoc international traveling.  Ability to collaborate with clients and communicate technical topics in a business‑friendly way.  University degree.  Our Benefits and Fun   Concentrated experience and rapid career growth.
