Job Description: DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. As a Full-stack Developer , you will be joining the Strategy and Transformation group working on Developer Experience and Productivity tooling which supports discovery and promotion of engineering practices across the entire organization. You will be responsible for designing and enhancing our tool suite supporting DORA, SPACE and DevEx frameworks and working to promote Engineering Culture through supporting strategies and experimentation. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future technology and culture of our firm.  Responsibilities Participate in full development cycle of our flagship Developer productivity tooling  Working directly with divisional leaders to elicit requirements  Understanding the divisional practices and recommending modern techniques backed by data and proved through experimentation (of your design)  Work with other development teams that use our framework and container APIs Developing supporting materials (software, training materials, workshops) to guide adoption and measurement (KPIs)  Skills Experienced polyglot developer (we use Java/React/Kotlin mostly) Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms Cloud experience with GCP and OpenShift is a plus  Exposure to Google’s DORA, SPACE, DevEx and similar frameworks is a plus  Experience in modern software delivery techniques including engineering practices such as XP and ways of working such as agile methodologies and lean  Demonstrable experience with automated testing techniques such as TDD/ATDD  Working within a global team, English is a must.
