Job Description & Summary PwC est à la recherche d’un Chef de Projet / PMO pour renforcer son équipe et accompagner la croissance de ses activités. En tant que Chef de Projet, vous serez responsable du pilotage et de la livraison de projets à forte valeur ajoutée, tout en garantissant un niveau de service optimal pour nos clients. Vous interviendrez sur des projets TMA, Build et AMOA, et contribuerez à structurer, organiser et industrialiser les pratiques de gestion de projet au sein de la practice. En tant que chef de projet, vous serez responsable de piloter, et de delivery un service de qualité aux clients Tâches et responsabilités du Chef de projet Structurer, piloter les projets TMA/Build/AMOA de la practice : Suivre l’avancement des activités des équipes projet, Réaliser le reporting hebdomadaire pour les clients : KPIs, Backlog trend, SLA, … Réaliser le reporting hebdomaidaire en interne : fiche de projet Remonter les alertes sur les projets Participer aux réponses des appels d’offres : offre technique, organisation, proposition financières, SLA, …. Piloter les comités de suivi avec les clients Préparer un toolkit pour les projets : Les templates pour les supports pour les réponses aux AVV, Les reporting pour les différents comités (COSUI, COPROJ, COPIL, ….), Les templates des Dashboards PBI, Le workflow et les processus Jira à utiliser, Identifier les axes d’industrialisation pour les processus, le reporting des activités TMA Mettre en place les méthodes, outils de pilotage des activités en transverse au niveau du TAC Exigences et qualifications requises Une expérience significative dans le pilotage des projets TMA, Build, projet ERP, projet finance 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de projet d’activités TMA Capacité à s’adapter aux différents contextes clients Capaciter à comprendre les besoins métiers des clients (ERP, Finance, …) Capacité à gérer les situations conflictuelles en interne et avec les clients Excellentes compétences de communication, à l’écrit et à l’oral Aptitude à s’intéresser aux différentes technologies et/ou outils utilisés dans les différents projets (Salesforce, SAP, PowerBI, ….)
