Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls. In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Main Responsibilities Deliver quality assurance services to a variety of top-tier clients being in charge as a field manager  under the project manager’s supervision; Leading effectively the team in the field which is assigned to the project Maintaining good client relationships and participating in client meetings and negotiations; Coaching, supervising and conducting performance review and contributing to performance feedback for staff. Assessment of internal controls within business processes and information systems; What we are looking for        Two-four years of experience in External Audit Services; or combination of External and Internal audit might be considered; Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and communication skills; Mandatory fluent in Azerbaijani and advanced English language skills, both verbal and written; Russian language skill is advantage; Strong verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients as well strong presentation skills; Experience of the entire audit process Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Level of max progress in ACCA or other equivalent professional qualification; What we offer: Dynamic, smart, flexible, friendly team environment with healthy competition and work culture; Exposure to various industries which develops invaluable business acumen; Potential exposure to international experience including secondments to European or other countries.
