Job Description: JOB TITLE: Associate – SR9270044 Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to execute transactions for clients with a focus on asset-based debt financing by creating customized financing strategies using quantitative and qualitative analysis to ensure financing packages meet clients’ needs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry using balance sheets and capital markets tools for asset-based debt financing of Aviation assets; structuring recourse and non-recourse secured, mezzanine, warehouse, term loan, bridge, revolving credit, and bespoke transactions; building cash flow models including LTV, DSCR, and sensitivity analysis to value, analyze, and structure balance sheet lending opportunities; pricing fixed income securities and products for traders; managing end-to-end deal process and execution, including structuring, term sheet negotiations, internal credit, senior management approvals, and syndication; and utilizing Intex to analyze and value complex securitizations. Salary range: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
