Operational Knowledge of all Trade products Addressing customer queries with regards to trade Liaising with regulator and compliance on specific trade queries. Preparing/Reviewing Process note/Key operating procedures for Trade related products Your skills and experience Support to Branches and processing team in handling day to day trade transaction. Actively involved in various process/procedure revision, development, and implementation initiative with emphasis on operational risk management. Handling EDPMS & IDPMS related queries, tracking & closure. Prepare MIS Weekly/Monthly, Production sheet to monitor movement of key business indicators and facilitate information flow & decision making. Monitoring & controls keep a track of daily productivity of the team, also regular checks on adherence of the process notes and KOPs by the team and branches. Keep updating team & branches on the changes in process.
