Job Description & Summary Infrastructure Managed Services Team is part of Managed Services Operations in PwC Poland, complementing PwC’s Capital Projects & Infrastructure Practice offering comprehensive set of services supporting our clients in preparation, structuring and implementation of infrastructure projects & investments. Infrastructure Managed Services encompasses full suite of services focusing on successful delivery of investment projects including infrastructure and construction projects & program management, cost controlling, risk management, schedule management, quality controlling & management, documents management, construction on-site support, project controls, contract & claim management, stakeholders management and other. Infrastructure Managed Services Team while based in Poland focuses on servicing clients across the whole EMEA region with Poland and Germany being priority markets. We are looking for:  Expert with German in Schedule Management for Infrastructure & Construction Projects  Your future role:   Support our clients in successful delivery of large, groundbreaking, complex & long-term infrastructure investment projects with effective construction monitoring and management services,  Lead and manage client engagements focusing on infrastructure construction management services in the area of schedule management, including:  Comprehensive project planning, scheduling and coordination focusing on schedule management of complex infrastructure and construction projects,  Coordination of schedule development and management processes, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting,  Creating, tracking and proactive controlling of project schedule for infrastructure and construction projects,  Carrying out appropriate analyses (plan/target/actual) and develop measures and recommendations for action for project management with the stakeholders,  Ensure regular progress reviews and assessments, scenario development, identify any potential schedule risks and opportunities,  Conducting schedule analysis including; resources, cost, earned value and associated reporting,  Cooperating closely with various teams (incl. risk management, cost controlling & project management) and stakeholders and ensure that our clients can implement their major construction projects successfully and efficiently in accordance with the project goals,  Support in design and optimization of service delivery model and process flow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.  Apply if you have:   Min. B2 level in German and English  Relevant engineering degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in schedule management of medium and large infrastructure and construction projects, or in a comparable environment,  Strong communication skills and practical work experience in the area of scheduling and schedule management of infrastructure and construction projects,  In-depth knowledge of scheduling and schedule management in the area of infrastructure and large-scale investments construction,  Proficiency in using industry-specific software (e.g. Primavera P6, TILOS, SYNCHRO, MS Project) and key relevant MS Office products,  Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders,  Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously,  Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site at project locations.
