Working closely with other COOs, Business Control Units, Business Management, and Regional Product Teams. Sound understanding of risk and governance topics – first line of defence Tracking and monitoring the open SII / Audit items, reviewing progress updates, and ensuring timely closure Understanding of global regulations and functions of global regulators Understanding of various financial products e.g., Derivatives Deep dive analysis of products upon ad hoc requests Keeping the relevant process and policy documents up to date Production of several Senior Management reports Driving the annual review of our asset classification and related policy, internal webpage Able to navigate through organisation for completion of any task/projects Drive automation topic of existing processes Identify opportunities within existing processes and implement same for other regions Your skills and experience Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential Strong verbal and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular MS Excel & Powerpoint An understanding of the Financial Products, in particular Investment products will be useful. Good team skills and demonstrable ability to work within clearly defined KOPs. Experience in AI Automation and Visual Basic (VBA) is beneficial Enthusiastic and a flexible team player, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines Technical Skills Excellent English a must.
