Job Description: DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination with relevant DB engineering teams, application teams, various controls teams, etc. to manage all applications within Chief Security Office against relevant security compliance targets.  This includes managing and remediating current technical controls as well as introducing new tools and processes to remediate controls as they come into scope.  The ideal candidate has worked before in a Cyber Security technical role related to vulnerability management or background on security operation roles. The ideal candidate is also expected to have project management exposure, governance and compliance DB standards, experience with new software introduction. Responsibilities Coordinate Reduction Controls for Chief Security Office portfolio of applications: Representative of Chief Security Office division for all Central Team meetings. Cyber Hygiene: Ensure CSO app teams have path to green to remediate vulnerabilities discovered, act as single point of contact in relation to Cyber Hygiene team. Escalated Controls: Engage with control owner and applicable application teams for any escalated controls.  Ensure proper project planning and timeline for remediation, act as Single Point of Contact and provide relevant updates / risks / escalations to management. New Controls: Identify any new controls which may apply to CSO apps and ensure understanding and proper communication with relevant stakeholders. Skills Knowledge of the behavioral aspects of cybersecurity, vulnerability management and IT Processes. Experience managing cross-divisional projects, with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Very good communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as with other team members and functions in global teams across different time zones, Written and verbal fluency in English Previous experience as IT Application owner is a plus Excellent knowledge of MS Office standard applications and understanding of ISO 27001 Framework and Controls plus CISSP, CISM, CISA and / or CRISC would be from benefit Well-being & Benefits Emotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.
