Job Description: Job Title: US Sanction Delegate Officer Corporate Title: Vice President Location: Jacksonville, FL Overview As a Vice President in the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team within Deutsche Bank's Wealth Management division, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the Bank’s high standards of compliance and risk management related to Sanctions relevant activities. You'll partner closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program. By engaging with global policy and risk partners and interfacing with various testing and audit teams, you will help safeguard the Bank’s reputation and operations. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless onboarding and monitoring of clients, thereby bolstering the Bank’s integrity and trustworthiness. Provide support on sanction related audit tasks (i.e. preparation of internal audits etc.) How You’ll Lead Act as point of contact for all Sanctions queries related to US&EI. Liase closely with the central team on policy maintenance and other Sanctions matters and be the local contact person Ensure prompt identification, escalation, and action of Sanctions risks; assist the Team Head Sanctions in relevant investigations/cases Skills You’ll Need Extensive relevant professional experience in a comparable position in the areas of Sanctions Compliance including investigation knowledge and handling and closure of transaction filtering and name list screening alerts Experience within the area of Anti Financial Crime, Sanctions and Embargoes, as well as knowledge of national and international regulations related to Sanctions and Embargoes Excellent data and analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from big data sets Skills That Will Help You Excel Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence across local globally dispersed teams Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
