Job Description: Job Title: Strategic Delivery & Execution (Third Party Risk Management & Operational Resilience) , AVP Location: Pune, India Role Description Third Party Management (TPM), part of Deutsche Bank’s Global Procurement function, is responsible for the processes that manage risks related to the engagement of third-party vendors and outsourcing. TPM has been through a large-scale transformation program to change the approach, process and technology used for the vendor risk management process. This manager role supports the strategic delivery of transformation initiatives and regulatory compliance programs across Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Operational Resilience. The role will assist in programme planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and data analysis to ensure successful execution of key initiatives, including those aligned with PRA, FCA, EBA, and DORA requirements. This position is ideal for someone with strong technology expertise and a collaborative mindset—with experience in financial industry. Regulatory Remediation Activities : Partner with business divisions to implement remediation plans for regulatory gaps, including uplift of contractual terms, ICT service identification, and register remediation. Risk & Resilience Integration : Contribute to the integration of third-party risk, supply chain and operational resilience frameworks into broader enterprise risk management practices. Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with internal teams (risk, compliance, legal, procurement, technology) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of programme components. Data Analytics & Intelligent Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and AI-driven insights to support governance and performance tracking. Change Enablement : Assist in embedding new processes, tools, and behaviours across the organisation to support resilience and risk transformation. Innovation & AI Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation through AI agents, GPT-powered solutions, and workflow automation to enhance operational resilience and third-party risk management. Your skills and experience Essential Skills Essential Skills 12+ years in financial services, with recent experience in risk, resilience, or technology-enabled programme delivery. Proven experience in leveraging digital tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, AI agents) for programme execution and reporting. Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience frameworks, including PRA SS2/21, FCA PS21/3, and DORA. Solid organisational and project coordination skills with exposure to agile delivery and low-code/no-code development. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data modelling, dashboard creation, and AI-driven insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to drive digital adoption across diverse teams. Preferred Experience Development experience in Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate) and familiarity with AI/ML concepts. Exposure to GPT-based tools and AI agents for workflow automation and content generation. Experience in ICT Register reporting and contract remediation aligned with DORA requirements. Familiarity with CIFs, supply chain risk, and digital resilience strategies. Participation in regulatory change programmes with a focus on technology enablement.
