Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Tax nella sede di Milano, TLS è alla ricerca di un/una professionista con un'esperienza da 1 a 4 anni maturata all'interno di Studi Professionali internazionali o nazionali modernamente strutturati. L'attività che andrà a svolgere è focalizzata nella consulenza fiscale per società multinazionali e grandi gruppi societari, specialmente in ambito straordinario (Operazioni di M&A). L'attività svolta sarà la seguente: attività di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinarie strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche ed internazionali consulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa domestica ed internazionale.
