Job Description: Job Title: UI/Full Stack Developer - AVP Location: Bangalore, India Role Description We are looking for a seasoned UI/Full Stack Developer with 9+ years of experience  to lead the design and development of cutting-edge, responsive, and scalable user interfaces . This role demands deep technical expertise , architectural thinking , and the ability to mentor junior developers while delivering world-class user experiences . Drive UI strategy , ensuring alignment with product vision and scalability. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces . Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility . Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices . Lead code reviews , mentor team members, and contribute to technical decision-making. Integrate RESTful APIs , manage complex state, and ensure seamless data flow. Stay ahead of emerging UI technologies and trends  to keep solutions future-ready. Your skills and experience 9+ years of experience  in UI development for enterprise or large-scale applications. Expert in React.js  and modern JavaScript (ES6+) . Strong experience with monorepo architecture  (Nx, Lerna, Turborepo). Proficiency in TypeScript , Redux , or similar state management tools. Deep understanding of performance optimization , security , and accessibility standards . Hands-on experience with UI testing frameworks  (Jest, Cypress). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Git, and agile methodologies. Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of Java , Kotlin , Spring Boot , GraphQL , and PHP  for backend integration. Experience building design systems  and reusable component libraries. Exposure to micro-frontend architecture  and progressive web apps (PWAs) .
