Aufgaben : Bewerbermanagement und Personalreferenz für alle Praktikanten der Deutschen Bank Luxembourg S.A. Eigenständiges Führen von Bewerbungsgesprächen Eigenständiges Erstellen diverser Statistiken Unterstützung bei operativen Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. der Erstellung von Verträgen und Zeugnissen, sowie der Bearbeitung von Rechnungen Unterstützung bei Payroll-relevanten Sachverhalten Qualifikationsanforderungen : Studium, bevorzugt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Jura, Psychologie oder Sozialwissenschaften Praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie Kundenorientiertheit Teamplayer und Organisationstalent Ausgewählte BewerberInnen müssen ein aktuelles polizeiliches Führungszeugnis vorlegen.
