Our team supports a diverse portfolio of clients with their accounting and tax needs, ranging from multinational companies to growing local businesses. We’re looking for an Associate eager to develop strong technical skills in accounting and tax while contributing to client projects as part of a supportive, collaborative team. You’ll gain hands-on experience with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance across a variety of industries and challenges. What You’ll Be Doing Perform bookkeeping and management accounting tasks, such as the preparation of a trial balance and statutory financial statements. Assist in delivering accounting and tax services to clients, including preparing and reviewing financial records, tax computations and compliance documents. Support accounting, tax and advisory work in line with relevant accounting standards such as FRS 102 and IFRS. Work as part of a team on engagements of varying size and complexity alongside experienced colleagues. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality, accurate and timely delivery of work. Help improve internal processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal team members. Continuously develop your understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices. Contribute to a positive team environment by being reliable, responsive and open to feedback. Balance client work with your professional development by applying a strong learning mindset. This Role Is For You If You have some experience or exposure to accounting and tax, either through previous roles, internships, or relevant education. You are eager to learn and develop your technical knowledge in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting. You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. You are adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. You have good communication skills and a client-focused attitude. You enjoy working collaboratively and are eager to learn from others. You are comfortable using technology and software tools for financial tasks. You are committed to successfully completing your professional exams while managing client responsibilities.
