We support the following products: Foreign Exchange OTC Derivatives - Rates and Credit Fixed Income Money Markets Loans Our vision is to transform Investment Banking Operations by delivering a platform that provides competitive operating leverage and protects the Bank and its clients.” TSCO team is recognized as key to business profitability, playing a crucial role in managing & delivering value to the Clients by establishing a strong risk & controls environment.   Role Overview We are looking for a Settlement Operations Expert/ Project Lead- AVP with at least 10 years of experience in process automation development, leading and managing programs including but not limited to systems implementation, efficiency, automation and transition management. The candidate will oversee all aspects of projects, identify deadlines, responsibilities, resources, monitor and track progress of the projects. The role is expected to prepare periodic update/ communication and/ or dashboard for Senior Business Leaders locally and in the region. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading and managing projects including assessment, configure, test and implement enhancements and application interface functionality to support releases based on agreed requirements and designs. The goal is to ensure that the programs , initiatives/ automations deliver the desirable outcome to our organization. The role would require co-ordination, management and communication with multiple stakeholders within the Operations team and within the region. Lastly, the candidate is also expected to identify areas of opportunity and implementing process improvements through various transformation tools within the bank in accordance to business requirements and control framework.
