As part of the Salesforce Consulting team, you will lead the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions that meet client needs. As a Tech Lead Salesforce You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. In addition, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams, maintaining exceptional deliverables while managing client accounts and driving engagement workstreams. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with functional consultants to design process optimized and technically robust Salesforce solutions Provide technical consulting services, including solution architecture, implementation, and post-deployment support Lead the implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions that align with client goals and business strategies Participate in an international Salesforce technical practice, working across diverse cultures ad global teams Drive the development of exceptional deliverables, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Identify and address client needs through strategic planning and proactive engagement Leverage technology to enhance service delivery, streamline operations, and boost productivity Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle What You Must Have Master’s in IT. Actively holding the Salesforce Certification Good communication and listening skills in French, English and Arab Experienced in the development cycle including design, programming, testing and implementation, and documentation Demonstrating extensive experience with Salesforce platform An eye for performance, scalability and future compatibility Good analytical and problem-solving skills Developer with a passion for IT and new technologies Minimum of 7 years’ experience in software development Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Salesforce Development including Lightning Components, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, PAD Methodology Minimum of 2 years’ experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform including Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Web Application Development including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Minimum of 1 year experience with Agile – user stories, features, story points, etc. Minimum of 1 year of experience with Technical Architecture for Salesforce.com Minimum of 1 year of experience with development tools including SF Dataloader or Workbench or release Management (Deployment / RSSI) Ability to work creatively and flexibly, both independently and as part of a team.
