Job Description & Summary Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe SAP, nous recherchons un Consultant SAP Production Planning capable d’intervenir sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée autour de la planification de la production, l’ordonnancement détaillé et l’optimisation des processus industriels. Le rôle couvre aussi bien les phases d’analyse, de conception, de configuration que le support et l’amélioration continue, dans des environnements ECC et S/4HANA. Responsabilités principales Participer à l’analyse des besoins métiers liés à la planification de la production et à l’ordonnancement. Réaliser les ateliers fonctionnels (As-Is / To-Be) et modéliser les processus PP & PPDS. Définir les règles de gestion, les paramètres de planification et les scénarios de production. Configurer le module SAP PP (MRP, BOM, routings, work centers, production orders…). Contribuer à la configuration de SAP PPDS (planification à capacité finie, heuristiques, optimisation). Mettre en place les règles d’ordonnancement détaillé et les stratégies de planification avec contraintes. Assurer l’intégration avec MM, SD, QM, FI/CO et les solutions APO / IBP. Préparer les scripts de tests, accompagner les utilisateurs pendant l’UAT. Rédiger la documentation fonctionnelle (SFD), technique (TSD) et les guides utilisateurs. Assurer le support N2/N3 sur PP et PPDS ainsi que la résolution des incidents. Former les key users et contribuer à la montée en compétence des équipes internes. Participer aux projets d’implémentation, de roll-out ou de migration vers SAP S/4HANA. Contribuer à la transition de APO PPDS vers PPDS Embedded S/4. Proposer des pistes d’optimisation continue (KPI, simplification, automatisation). Profil recherché Diplôme universitaire (ingénierie, informatique, supply chain, génie industriel…). Expérience confirmée en environnement SAP PP ou PPDS (APO ou S/4HANA). Connaissance des processus industriels : MRP, exécution de production, ordonnancement, gestion des capacités. Bon niveau d’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit. Capacité à interagir avec les équipes métier, IT et partenaires externes. Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Aisance dans la communication avec les métiers et les équipes techniques. Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et sens du service client. Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle dans un environnement dynamique. Atouts Certification SAP PP, PPDS ou APO. Bonne compréhension des concepts de planification avancée Expérience dans des projets S/4HANA ou migration ECC ➝ S/4. Connaissance de SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning). Notions en ABAP pour le debugging (un plus). Expérience en manufacturing, FMCG, automobile ou industrie lourde.
