Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of Talent, Performance, and Recruiting modules. 2. Configure goal setting, development plans, and succession planning workflows. 3. Manage entire recruiting lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance. 4. Implement onboarding procedures and integrate them with talent data. 5. Partner with HR teams to enhance workforce planning and analytics. 6. Configure reporting on recruiting metrics and talent development outcomes. 7. Support integration of recruiting data with background screening and third-party tools. 8. Troubleshoot and resolve module-specific issues and support upgrades. 9. Train HR and recruitment teams on module capabilities. 10. Proactively recommend talent management improvements based on industry trends. 11. Mandatory skill sets: Workday Talent and Performance, Recruiting Preferred skill sets: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective client engagement. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Self-driven with a proactive approach to learning and solution innovation.
