Define the strategic direction for regulatory reporting services, ensure ongoing compliance, and implement new regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Risk, Legal, Technology, Compliance) Drive projects and service delivery in a global matrix organization Implement a new target operating model for Regulatory Reporting India Your skills and experience +12 years professional experience Strong regulatory expertise in the asset management and/or banking value chain Extensive leadership experience in a senior role within a regulatory environment. In-depth knowledge of EU regulations (e.g. EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR). Proven track record in managing large teams and stakeholder relationships. Strong strategic and analytical skills.
