Job Description: Job Title: SAP Basis Operations Expert, VP Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: VP Role Description SAP-Services team is responsible for building & managing SAP platforms, including platform architecture/design, SAP-Basis delivery, HANA databases , logistics, platform compliance, production stability etc. across all SAP landscapes across the bank, your role will require SAP Basis/HANA SME hands-on (together project co-ordination) expertise to support various projects of implementation, migrations, upgrade/updates , HANA activities, engineering , tools adoption, refreshes, optimizations etc. and foster a strong L3 layer ensuring  prod/platform stability and smooth operations. Regular requirements like Refreshes, tools/plug-ins adoption/updates/replacement, HANA partitioning/optimizations, L3 ownership towards Production stability, BAU, critical prod issues, performance optimizations.   Stakeholder management, project co-ordination/mgmt. Documentation, Change management processes Hands-on at service now/Jira tools for clocking changes, INCs , stories , tasks etc. Audit management Incident management, problem management.
