Job Description: Job Title: Luxembourg Service Executive Team Corporate Title: AS Location: Mumbai, India Role Description: This role supports the Luxembourg booking location—one of the key hubs for the US & Europe International Private Bank COO team—and is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end operational support across Trade & Payment (T&P) and Account Maintenance (AM) activities transitioned from Lux to India. The position plays a critical role in ensuring high‑quality execution of daily operations including instruction handling, scanning, static data review, container set‑up, manual statement generation, and DWO post‑payment reporting. The role also supports process governance by maintaining data accuracy, , and adhering to established control frameworks. In addition, the role contributes to broader COO activities such as business analysis, change coordination, and cross‑location workflow alignment. It requires close collaboration with Relationship Managers, Front Office, Luxembourg teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing, efficient issue resolution, and an enhanced client experience. The position further supports reporting, KPI preparation, follow‑ups, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive scalability, operational efficiency, and service quality within the PB Centre India model.
