Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and processes to optimize business operations and improve productivity. · Analyze existing manual processes using BPA and BPM principles to identify automation opportunities. · Develop and implement RPA-driven workflows using RPA platforms like Power Automate and other automation tools to build end-to-end processes. · Integrate automation workflows with web applications, RESTful APIs, and backend systems. · Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions. · Test, troubleshoot, and debug automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance. · Document automation processes, architecture, and best practices aligned with BPA, RPA, and BPM methodologies.
