Job Description na This role provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and are individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts. The position has been identified as a FAIS position and falls within the ambit contemplated by FAIS related to Category B. The successful candidates must therefore comply with all FAIS requirements, including the Fit and Proper requirements of Honesty and Integrity (e.g. be clear of any offence relating to fraud, dishonesty and/or any professional misconduct) as well as competence and relevant qualifications. Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework. Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets. Works in specific allocated markets. Works with a specific range of products. Prospecting is limited. Receives a base salary & bonuses - no commission. R7000 basic salary plus R2500 performance bonus (based on meeting your monthly target) Incentive bonus (commission) Matric certificate or equivalent is required. Valid Driver’s license is required.
