负责辉耀RCSO项目管理与数字化创新、供应保障和渠道补偿、商业政策与预算管理以及卓越数据与洞察。 岗位职责 辉耀 RCSO 项目管理与数字化创新 设计、收集、分析辉耀RCSO项目关键过程数据，并形成洞察以供业务参考 协同外部合作伙伴，跟进广阔市场业务的数字化覆盖，确保达成项目目标 支持市场部通过数字化渠道定期开展调研以获取市场洞察、验证品牌策略 供应保障和渠道补偿项目管理 协同合规、内控等部门，设计或优化渠道补偿项目的SOP 统筹管理渠道补偿项目的需求收集、整理、审批等流程 定期开展重点产品供应保障方面的数据分析，提升渠道覆盖效率 商业政策和预算管理 支持各项商务策略&创新团队相关的商业政策制定和预算管理 协同财务、GBS等相关部门，开展商业项目相关的折扣计算、核验和审批 分析和评估商业政策的有效性、 卓越数据洞察与管理 设计或优化商业合作项目的数据报表和dashboard（包括整合的一级商业务回顾、商业合作项目等） 参与区域商务内部会议以及经销商业务会议，分享数据洞察，助力业务发展 岗位要求： 本科学历或以上（医学或药学专业优先）  1-3年MNC医药企业工作经验（商务运营、销售运营相关经验者优先） 需要具备的能力： 对医药市场、流通行业的理解（marketing understanding） 跨职能/内外部沟通和协同能力（Collaboration） 数据分析和洞察能力（Analytical）      Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
